Anyways this article also showed many GRCs in Singapore sharing their view on what happened on the recent case on what happened when Singapore has just realised that some of Mas Selamat`s relatives help him to disguise himself for his escape. They were later caught and were given their respective sentences.
In my perspective, I feel that his family that helped him should have known that his was a terrorist and was a terrible threat to the society and report him to the police. They should known what was wrong and what was right. They should known that by helping him, they would have known that they would suffered severe consequences.
Anyways, I agree with Mr Hri Kumar, the Bishan- Toa Payoh GRC that during the period of when Mas Selamat was out of Jail, they should have questioned Mas Selamat`s family to make sure that none of them had taken care of him. They should have taken priory........haiz...reallly SHOULD HAVE.
I also agree with Ms Ellen Lee, the Sembawang GRC that even though the four people that helped him did not even seen him for awhile. Yet they even helped him. This shows that even though Mas Selamat has not met his 100 over relatives for a long time, they might still help him.
I do not really with Mr Zaqy Mohammad , the GRC of Hong Kah that we should pay close attention to women wearing Tudung as Mas Selamat escaped in one. I feel that we should actually give this opportunity to the security to pay more attention and differentiate between a boy and a girl.
